I am following up on my update from Friday to let you know that the following items are now available on the Preorder Store and on the surveys:

ADD-ON SHIPPING ESTIMATES

In response to those who are concerned about shipping costs for add-ons, I've done my best to estimate what those costs might look like. Please note that I do not have final weights or dimensions for the product boxes, therefore this is a loose estimate and does not reflect actual costs to backers at time of delivery. I hope this at least settles concerns about shipping rates doubling without warning as that does not appear to be true according to the current Easyship quotes I have received. 

For context, the prices for the Heroes and Encounters boxes are based on 2x the volume/weight of the base pledge, and the Adventure Box and Forgemaster's Bundle are based on 1.5x the volume of the base pledge. This should help with setting a jumping off point for estimating how much shipping your order may cost based on your unique Add-On choices.

Pledge Manager Extended to April 15th + Other News

Hello adventurers!

Thank you all for you patience over a rough few weeks for myself personally and our team due to illness. Due to these extenuating circumstances at HQ, we've decided to extend the Pledge Manager period to April 15th, 2023 to ensure we're able to address all of the help tickets that weren't yet answered. We now should've gotten back to everyone who emailed us at [email protected] with answers to questions and other account assistance not covered by this Update.  

I'd like to address some frequently asked questions and common comments below for you as well.

STORE FIXES: The STL packs that weren't previously available to the Forged Pledge Manager and Pre-Order store will be available starting Monday! You'll be able to add the following: Demon Expansion, Orc Camp Expansion, Dungeon Delvers: Mousefolk Militia, Dungeon Delvers: Frogkin Army, Dungeon Delvers: Dark Dwarven Raiders, Dungeon Delvers: Fungonyte Cluster,  Dungeon Delvers: Terrain Pack. The 3PC Flamehounds Pack in plastic will also be available to order. 

If you've already locked your order, but would like to add these new listings to your cart before the pledge manager closes, email us at [email protected] and we'll assist you as soon as possible.

STL PLEDGE DOWNLOADS: If your survey is complete and any additional fees paid for,  you won't have to wait until the pledge manager closes on April 15th to receive your downloads. We'll be sending out download links starting next Friday, March 24th! 

SHIPPING FEES: We want to reiterate our previous statements that we cannot provide unique shipping costs for backers beyond the base table shown on the campaign page at this time. We do not have the ability to provide individual shipping quotes to backers until we have the final product box dimensions and weights once the manufacturing phase is nearing its close and current global shipping rates are settled at time of delivery. Shipping fees will not charged until the product is ready to ship from the Easyship facility in Hong Kong, approximately scheduled for August 2023.

PLEDGE MANAGER: Updates for Comments / Questions!

Hello all! 

Hanna here, back briefly to address some of the comments/questions that have gone unanswered while I have been tending to an unexpected surgery and recovery. I can't tell y'all how much I appreciate all the well wishes and patience. It's been a really rough few weeks physically and emotionally and it truly means a lot to me. ❤️  

With such a small team, each of us wears a lot of hats, and unfortunately when I go down, so does communication on Kickstarter hat with me. I am healing up still, and may be slower than usual to respond to customer service emails and comments here until I'm back in the office full time. My team will help when they can but they also wear a lot of their own hats, but I just ask that you understand we're doing our best at the moment. Our goal is to ensure you all get your needs resolved!

I want to address some of the common questions/comments I've seen pop up during my absence here first:

• Q: I didn't add any items to my pledge in the pledge manager, but I was charged a fee. What gives?
• A: The fees charged during the pledge manager phase are your localized Sales Tax / VAT for the value of your pledge. Please note that shipping fees have not been charged yet will be charged separately at the time of delivery through BackerKit. 

• Q: Is there any idea of what shipping fees will be for my specific order yet?
• A: Not yet. The pledge shipping estimates listed on the campaign page are the only items we have quotes for as we continue through product development with the factory overseas. Once we have samples of all of the SKUs listed in the campaign, we'll be able to update the pledge manager with accurate shipping quotes. However, please note that we won't be charging shipping fees until time of delivery in order to ensure accurate prices. 

• Q: There are STL packs missing from the pledge manager!
• A: You're 100% right! There appear to be a few individual items that have disappeared from the shop as well. Apologies for the glitches. We'll add these items to the pledge manager ASAP and post an update when we do. If your order has already been processed but you'd like to add these items to your order once available, we can help you adjust your order manually if you contact us via email at [email protected]

• Q: Is local pickup an option?
• A: Unfortunately, no. For staff safety, we don't allow customer visits at this time. 

• Q: I purchased an STL Pack and did not add items in the pledge manager. Why am I required to provide my credit card information if I'm not being charged anything?
• A: Some areas require sales tax on digital downloads, and in order to collect sales tax from affected customers, all customers in this pledge level must go through the checkout process regardless of charges. Please note that we do not have access to your payment information and cannot charge you additional fees after checkout unless you have purchased physical items that require shipping. If your basket shows $0.00, your card will not be charged and your order will be cleared for fulfillment in the system. 

• Q: How long will the pledge manager remain open?
• A: The pledge manager will remain open at least until the March 15th! 

I will be combing through customer service emails to help those of you with the relay email issues soon as well, and again, I appreciate your patience as I work my way through the backlog.

Just so you all know we are not purposely ignoring any of you, but Hanna our Kickstarter Queen was out of the office due to a health issue requiring surgery and recovery. She will be hopping on for the first time in a week tomorrow to update and answer all the questions you have asked over the past week.

UPDATE: Pledge Manager Charges Are Going Through + Glitch Resolved

Thanks so much to all of you who have filled out their surveys so far! As stated in the previous update regarding how the Pledge Manager works, the first round of charges have gone through. If you haven't filled out yours yet, or are waiting on some assistance, please don't worry! Charges are done weekly until close and won't affect your delivery time. 

Please note: We recently resolved an issue in which the 2 styles of single Dark Dwarven Ranger from the Dungeon Delvers expansion were left out of the Pledge Manager by mistake, and they have now been added. If you have already been charged for your order but want to pick these items up, we can add them to your order manually if you reach out via email to [email protected] and let us know (Apologies for the mix-up!)
